03 — THE FLOW

Money moves only when work does

One flow, no surprises. The contract sets the checkpoints; escrow enforces them.

Contract & negotiate

Start from the default agreement. Flag any clause — “the non-disclosure is unacceptable” — and settle it in the built-in thread. Pick the approval window: 7, 14 or 30 days.

Release takes two. Neither side can release escrow alone. The creator ticks that the work is done, the client ticks that it's accepted, and only then does the money move — or the 48-hour review window expires and the missing approval is granted automatically.

04 — THE BACKSTOP

Client gone quiet? Escalate it.

If every checkpoint is complete but funds aren't released within the agreed window, either side escalates with one tap. An independent review team audits the contract, the approval record and the live posts — and their decision is binding.

One escalation each, per gig. You get exactly one — use it when it matters. After an admin rules on yours you can still message them, but you can't freeze the card a second time. The other party keeps their own single escalation.
